PIXIES RECORDING NEW ALBUM FOR SEPTEMBER RELEASE

Life's a symphony. Let it rock.
“Past is Prologue” was deliberately chosen as the Podcast series title as it refers to the duality of a journey, what the band has done previously and what the band is doing now.
OFF AT 11 consists of 8 tracks that are laid out on the record like a musical journey through gifted guitar playing and singing, incredible rhythm section arrangements and lyrics that convey that “all the feels” momentum.
Song is off of the band’s forthcoming full-length album, “The Verdict,” out March 1st.
“We’re pretty big into anime and stuff like that so whenever we see one that we really love, we feel a strong need to write a song about it.”
“We both really loved the song from its inception and everyone that worked on it put a lot of energy and emotion into it. I feel like you can really hear that in the track, and absolutely in Chester’s performance.”
“Hundreds of people have been killed in mass shootings over the past several years. Almost everyone has chosen the red team or the blue team and we’re stuck in this mode where we fight over political problems instead of human solutions. More guns or less guns isn’t the question. The real question is, why are we killing each other?– Nothing More
The band’s sound draws influence from Breaking Benjamin, 30 Seconds To Mars, Korn, Papa Roach, Linkin Park, and others.
“It’s great to mix the blues with all the other music I love and make something, hopefully uniquely my own.”
“We took into consideration all the factors and what this record means to not only us but the great Buckcherry fans around the world. This record takes the listener on an unforgettable journey and I’m very proud of it.”
“Black Holes (Solid Ground)” is currently sitting at 34 on the Alternative Chart and 25 on the Mainstream Rock Chart, a feat not many artists get to claim and even fewer claim on an independent record label.
