Michelle Perez-Vega is an award-winning professional journalist/managing editor/editor whose career has spanned more than 30 years with many notable national and international publications. Her writing career began as a student at The University of North Carolina, where she received her Bachelor’s Degree. After college, Michelle founded MetalPhysics and The Last Word magazines. She eventually went on to being a freelance, staff writer, and editor/managing editor for publications such as Metal CREEM Magazine and Metal Revolution. Michelle has additionally worked as a corporate Public Relations Specialist and Marketing Coordinator for several major businesses.
