A piece of me died today when I heard that legendary rock icon, my legendary rock icon, Tom Petty, died.

Indie-pop quintet JULE VERA will begin their next tour in the U.S. this week, as the band joins on as support to post-hardcore mainstays Emarosa and A Lot Like Birds. The band is hitting the road on the strength of their new album, “Waiting On The Sun.”

Rolling Stone Magazine’s list of the Top 100 metal albums upset many of us. It’s still gnawing at me and I just cannot let it pass. So, I am calling on all of my metal brothers and sisters to submit his or her list of the top 10 to 25 metal albums of all time! SUBLIME WITH ROME will once again join forces with The Offspring on the second leg of the pair’s 2017 North American tour. MOTÖRHEAD will release ‘Under Cöver,’ a collection of some of their best covers, and a collection which will include the previously unreleased version of David Bowie’s timeless classic “Heroes”. Recorded during the ‘Bad Magic’ sessions in 2015 by Cameron Webb, it was one of the last songs the band recorded together.
