What would you say that your band has to offer that is different from what is out there?
VAYA: Because we are on another level. We are sharing simply energy: it’s powerful.
RAPHAEL: The powerful voices and rhythms are incredible. It wakes up the little native there is in all of us.
What would you say is the essence behind your band?
RAPHAEL: The energy of mother earth. Her essence is burning on the scene night and day, and takes us into this fairy and mystical universe.
VAYA: Connection between us, connection with the public.
How do you compete in today’s market?
VAYA: I don’t know, do you? I don’t have this question in mind. Everyday I am working, feeling, breathing my music as best I can; translating all that poetry through my body for others. I clearly don’t care about the market, my interest is not focus on the market, but on music.
RAPHAEL: I think we are good and on our way to being well-known. We have the opportunity to meet new people, helping us growing up around the world in the right way.
Describe your music. What do you want it to convey?
VAYA: Life is a gift.
RAPHAEL: The sacred fire.
Define some of the goals for the band.
RAPHAEL: Performing around the world and sharing our energy to the maximum of people.
VAYA: Sharing our soul everywhere in the world. Even the deepest place, I am not afraid: There is light everywhere!
