Take Today will promote the release of its forthcoming EP, Rise Above, with a launch at the Garage G2 in Glasgow, Scotland, on June 2nd, following up with a full UK tour later in the year.
“Rise Above carries a strong message within the tracks,” stated Paul, lead singer/rhythm guitarist of Take Today. “This EP has been a long-time coming for us, with an incredible amount of hard work put in the production, and it’s something we are very proud of.”
In addition to Paul, the band consists of Alex on lead guitar; Lewis on bass; and Stephen on drums.
Take Today formed in 2012 as nothing more than college band mates with a mutual respect for the alternative rock music scene. The band released an EP, Down But Not Out, in 2014, followed by the debut album, Choices, in 2016. Take Today recently signed with Reaction Management.
